Accommodation

 

The gite is attached to the owner’s house but has its own private entrance. It is on two floors, with the large open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area on the first floor to take advantage of the panoramic views.

 

  

Downstairs. The gite has three bedrooms consisting of a double with en suite shower and wc, a double and a twin. The second double and the twin share a shower and separate wc. All the bedrooms are simply but tastefully furnished and have electric radiators. We provide all bed linen and towels including towels for the swimming pool.

  

Upstairs. This is a single room of 60 sq.m with a lounge area, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has a sofa and easy chairs with a TV (French and UK channels) and DVD player. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. 

 

 

The kitchen has plenty of work surfaces, a gas hob (4 burners), an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The gite is fully equipped with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glass and the usual kitchen gadgets. A full inventory is available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Outside. Next to the gite is a seating area with a table and chairs and barbecue for dining “al fresco”. There is a secure parking area. 

 

Gardens and Grounds. There are 9 hectares of gardens, woods and fields in which you are most welcome to roam. The swimming pool is a 12m x 6m salt-water pool with shallow and deep ends. The pool is surrounded by graveled sunbathing areas equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and the whole area has been fenced in for safety and privacy.
